Heather Buck is the artist behind hbuck_illustrations on Instagram. She is both a traditional and digital artist. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Illustration from Kendall College of Art and Design. Her art focuses on character design and is inspired by Japanese anime & manga with a bit of supernatural fantasy mixed in.
